• The perk second Wind need a buff.

  The second Wind perk, Steve Harrington, is considered for me one of the least used perks, all the games I play it is difficult to see someone using it, I think that when I speak for myself I speak for everyone that waiting 30 seconds is a long time, for the perk heal you, I think the minimum should be 10 seconds at level 3, at level 2 it should be 15 and at level 1 20 seconds.
