  EDIT: just like i thought, i was misinformed and it basically renders my whole post as stupid. i wasn't aware that dcing as killer would count as an escape for survivors since the only scoreboards i saw were from older versions. turns out, the survivors were just extremely immersed and held the game for five minutes until i dc'd. maybe this is just the fact that i was misinformed, since i rarely
