• How to avoid getting so stressed out while playing?

  Ive always been the type of person to get hyped up (and not in a good way) while playing games, dbd is one of my favorite games to play as a huge horror fan but i just cant seem to have as much fun as others do because im so easily stressed, i get so angry when getting teased by survivors and it messes me up for the rest of the match, and i always end up embarrassing myself in the chat afterwards

  It absolutely terrifies me, I just played against one and ig just by them being there I, out of nowhere became the worst player ever after getting 4ks all day and the loss hurts more than usual because there was an audience to witness it, they were nice in the in game chat afterwards but they didn't mind teabagging me at the gate before that. Maybe it's just my anxiety but I'm gonna leave the lob
