  There should only be 2 levels of his power. Why does he have to stalk people just to get base movement speed and lunge of all other killers? He automatically starts every game behind. And he doesn't have some other power like nurse etc to make up for the slow speed and stubby arms. He should stalk people to get tier 3 - tier 2 should be base kit.
