• Lucky Break not regenerating when healing somebody else while injured.

  This i'm pretty sure is a bug and not the way the perk was meant to be. Also when you are getting healed this perk should also be deactivated.

• the perk "breakdown" doesn't give you SABOTAGE points, when it obviously should.
