  Xbox play anywhere is Microsoft's system to share game ownership between xbox and pc (xbox app). Dbd already has robust cross progression and already exists in both places. I've already spent a good amount of money on this game, but being forced to pay another $20 just to switch platforms feels exploitative—especially when Microsoft already has a semi-streamlined solution for this.   Xbox Play Anywhere is Microsoft's system for sharing games that one has purchased between PC and console. Games need to apply to it on their own to join it. I can understand why it has been avoided in the past, since the lack of cross-progression would have complicated it all, but now that we have cross-progression, why is it not implemented for dbd?
