  Just had a match against a 3 or 4 man team. two are red ranks, one purple, one green rank. They got slaughtered by doctor, 1 gen completed, 1 dced. and green rank had highest bloodpoints out of all of them. I ran discordence, ruin, overcharge, and hex:haunted grounds.   What if noed was not a totem. Instead a end game buff. Once last gen is complete. Or egc is activated the kill recieves an instint down like currect noed but for each alive survivor they get 15 seconds of the skill. Or the skill does not instint down people and instead of it giving a speed boost to a suvivor when hit. It doesnt.

  So as it stands survivors can either do gens, cleanse totems, or run from killer, or heal other survivors. My idea would be for each generator there is a circuit board.
