New meta for billy?

We know spirit fury and enduring is a great combo for billy. But with the new skills coming out from demnogorgan. Cruel limits combined with tinkerer. Could thus be the next meta for him? Would it be over powered? To think that getting a notification that a gen is about to pop. You can get over to it just before with no terror radios. The gen pops, now survivors have no where to run. No Windows they can vault. They can only go find a pallet if there is any left in that area. What do you guys think?

    Well cruel confinement I feel is ideal for a map like Lerys, most maps it wont do much. 32m is only the size of a standard terror radius (16m in any given direction from the gen). Drop 1 pallet and you're clear from the effected area

    In theory yes but you'll find a lot of maps have more pallets than Vaults.

    Farms will have little effect with this perk as it's mostly loops, tractors, and Vaults on the edges of maps. The Swamps, Red Forest, and the Game will have barely any use from this at all. But in contrast, all the maps that give Billy a hard time with lots of loops and walls will be great with this perk so this combo is VERY map reliant.
