  I'm seeing alot of people running builds like hyperfocus, bardic inspiration, 1-2-3-4, stake out so on so forth and gens are popping absurdly fast like literally 0 counterplay, these builds need to be addressed because they make the game straight unplayable as killer

  needing a basic and it only being 15s instead of 20 makes the perk wayyyyy toooo niche/ difficult to use, definetly needs one of the changes reverted
