  First I want to start off with the nerfs, the hillbilly nerfs are a bit confusing. Overtime billy has been played less and less, I feel like this change with kill off any remaining billy players (since overheat he became way to weak). The healing nerf, I understand the direction you want to go with healing, however the way you implemented it I feel wasn’t the right way, instead of nerfing the alt
