  Reasons: 1. Lore: In Batman Arkham Night Scarecrow was injected with fear toxin from Batman. And then on fourth Scarecrow had schizophrenia, after being sent to Arkham Asylum there is heavy speculation that he didn't survive due to agitated inmates seeking revenge. 2. Personality: Scarecrow only cares about one thing; fear, so there is no doubt Scarecrow would accept the Entities bargain
