  I say if she appears in a cone around the survs LOS (distance from loc may also need to be considered for large maps) then she is briefly stunned (no visual stun just stuck in place like a true apparition). If that's to much of a nerf then maybe if she appears in the cone it stuns but as a trade off it reduces the Spirits cool down speed so it becomes like a true haunting experience during a chas
