  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: After meeting the requirements for Moment of Glory to activate, it activated everytime I was injured (from healthy to injured, after being pallet saved and after being unhooked).   I have quite a few IS and was wondering if you buy a perk in the shrine of secret, whether they will appear at the bloodweb or you'll have to buy tier 2 and 3 in the shrine of secrets as well.
