  (After discussion, I honesty have changed my mind more on this topic about the cooldown.) This current change just makes her feel even worse. You cannot punish survivors predropping pallets instantly against you anymore. The first vault jump feels like release version!   DeadByDaylight.log SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The new skin for Houndmaster makes Portia's face not have her facial animations in lobby and in her mori, she just stays with a poker face instead of smiling. • Scene Partner stops you from vaulting

  Plaftorm - PC This happened to me 2 times with different survivors and in different maps. When the perk activates while you vault a window, you get stuck in place and forces you to repeat the vault. https://youtu.be/UJVFWzY3hHE
