• bhvr doesn’t know how to handle perks.

  looking at a lot of perks, it’s VERY clear they think the only options for perks are for them to be utterly useless or completely OP. no in between. the only thing that inspired this post was looking at unknowns perks. each failed skill check is 3 tokens. spend the tokens when you damage a gen and block it for 1 second each…. 3 seconds of gen blocking..?
