  So there's this glitch that prevents you from charging your blink as Nurse. It flickers you "Charge" text at the bottom of your screen and repeats the charge sounds very quickly until it finally starts the charge, or until you fatigue. This glitch has been around since dedicated servers, but in the past year it's gotten much worse. It happens in every game I play, but some times more than others,
