  Sorry for my poor grammar in advance. What do you guys think about some perks all ready being implied in game. For example "Ruin" shouldn't be a perk but something that is in every match, but it is at like 75%. Maybe Corrupt intervention should already be applied. I know right now I am just naming killer perks but just throwing out ideas. Its just a thought but what do you guys think?
