  PLATFORM: PC - Steam SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I spent a lot of bloodpoints and picked Winter Party Starters and Mistle Toes Offerings. I got around 10-20 of each and prestiged my survivor. I played one game on the survivor and used the Mistle Toes offering (but did not use the Winter Party Starters) and escaped. Upon going back to lobby, all of the event offerings and items are gone and it states

• Unable to Pick Up Item from Upstairs Chest on Hawkins Lab

  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: It is currently impossible to pick up the item from the chest upstairs in the Hawkins Lab. I have tried to re-orient myself, move inches, and it simply does not pick up the item. The character will do a brief, half-second pick-up animation but it will stop automatically.
