• give reassurance 3/4/5 charges and regain one for safe hook rescues

  it's all in the title. a group could decide to use all their charges on one person OR if they get the save early, those charges could be used on someone else. plus there's the resource decision making. if you use all your charges on one person and then someone else gets camped, what then? it could negate a specific amount of camping every game, rewards skillful decision making be being stronge
