What would you guys say is the best perks for vecna right now? Currently im running Human greed, Thrilling tremors, Furtive Chase and Pop goes the weasel. Feels very solid but i just wanted to see if there are some perks that are must need on Vecna. I have an idea of going a terror radius build, since when he takes flight he gets much larger terror radius if im not wrong, but i havent given i1 comments 51 views last activity
