  This tool is used to punish players who leave the match before it's over. However, sometimes I'm playing and my game freezes and shows that I got disconnected or lost connection. So I come back and have to wait half an hour. It even happened to me once this morning (I waited 30 minutes) and then it happened again in the afternoon.
