  The buff really doesn't do much at all against half competent teams, even with +2 second duration + 0.3m/s addons chaining 2 hits even can be a struggle on most maps. They gave him an actual "power" in chase, but if you play for trying to chain hits you're just wasting your time and not getting anything out of it. In most games he's still the same old underpowered legion. I think he genuinely fee
