  So I play on xbox, and I am hard of hearing so I have chat overlay on for when im playing with friends, and let's be honest thats quite a lot in this game and I have it in the top left and have done for years!   I feel that there is a massive issue when it comes to matchmaking that has just been over looked for a long time by the devs. It's about time they implement something to sort it once and for all, a rank 15 killer shouldn't be put against purple and red rank survivors.. I feel that they should work on fixing bugs, fixing matchmaking more than just covering up all the issues with skins and item
