• Will the progress catch up mechanic counts towards the prestige tier 3 rewards?

In the anniversary stream it is mentioned that players who have leveled up without prestige would be rewarded with prestige levels when the update came out, my question is, will these levels count towards tier 3 rewards? Thanks in advance :)
