• Achievement "Desperate Escape" not tracking correctly

  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I got progress for this achievement when I should not have gotten progress. Another player DID get hit within 3 seconds of me fast vaulting which could potentially be the cause for this tracking error. • Inconcistency with Patch notes and in game content for Xenomorphs Mangled Addon

  In the patch notes this addon is named “Cain’s Helmet”, while in game this addon is named “Kane’s Helmet” I thought that pointing out this inconcistency was best for a bug report rather than a normal forum post.
