  Why is this such a serious issue now? Even during chapter launches and events I'm regularly playing against rank 1 killers with rank 15+ teammates, and playing against rank 15+ killers with rank 5- teammates. In both cases it's such a waste of time and unfair, so why is matchmaking more broken than ever right now?

• Xbox- rank doesn't reset

  I logged in today and the rank reset showed my rank for both survivor and killer reset to 12 from red rank. When I checked my roles, both had stayed the same as before rank reset.
