• Carry over perks when you prestige.

  So currently when you check a character's loadout for the first time ever or after you prestige them it'll tell you that the character always starts with their 3 specific perks and give you said perks. What if we were able to choose 3 perks when prestiging (or 1:1 perks per prestige level) instead of the default character perks and carry them over for use afterwards instead of finding them in th
