• 8.7 patch dead hard issues?

  hi first post even created an account to ask this, has anyone else had issues with dead hard bugging with this most recent patch? For context I have pretty good internet, hover around 30-40 MS, and my last match against houndmaster my dead hard refused to proc. Now before the “skill issue” comments roll in I’m aware that sometimes you just need to get good to make the perk work, but I had both of
