  Upon being grabbed from a pallet, using Decisive Strike, and hitting the skill check successfully, the skill check indicates that you hit the skill check (from the success sound), but doesn't get you off the killer's shoulder. After the bug occurs, you are not able to wiggle, but the killer can still do any actions with you. I am not sure if this is a one time bug, or bug that may occur frequentl

• Residual Manifest in Nostromo Wreckage secret door

  Using the one token for Residual Manifest in the chest on the Nostromo Wreckage secret chest (in the secret door) gives a duplicate of the original item in the chest. For example, I opened the door with the card, searched the chest, and got an Engineer's Toolbox. Then I used the token from Residual Manifest and got a second Engineer's Toolbox, rather than a Flashlight. I found this bug on the PC
