Decisive Strike (grab from pallet)

Upon being grabbed from a pallet, using Decisive Strike, and hitting the skill check successfully, the skill check indicates that you hit the skill check (from the success sound), but doesn't get you off the killer's shoulder. After the bug occurs, you are not able to wiggle, but the killer can still do any actions with you. I am not sure if this is a one time bug, or bug that may occur frequently. The bug occurred on Haddonfield with a nurse recovering from fatigue before the grab from the pallet.
