• Is Stake Out or Diversion bugged?

  So both Diversion and Stake Out should do the same thing. Standing within TR for x amount of time the perk gets token/activated. Now I had both Diversion and Stake Out but somehow Diversion gets much more easily activated when Diversion has 45 seconds and Stake Out only 15 seconds to get a token. Why is that? I've noticed Stake Out doesn't get stacks while you are downed or on a hook. If this is

  I love the idea behind it but c'mon, I played against Freddy and didn't get to use it even ONCE because he has zero terror radius in dream world, it's also useless against stealth killers and usually Spirit and Nurse since you get into chase quickly, I understand not wanting to buff it to the point that people would spam it but it's literally unusable against these killers, atleast make it keep c

  It says it trumps any of the killers stealth abilities but Ghostface was just camping the basement while stealthed and Kindred did not show anything, is it just me or do any of you have this problem?
