• My friend having an issue with pipping up. Not relating to rank update error from the looks and desc

  -Hes on Xbox Every time he pips up with everything pointing towards him pipping up (rank progress indicator, emblems, etc.) he doesn't get the pip. However safety pips, deranking, and depips do work, It's only failing with pipping up. I saw a lot of similar issues but it looked like they weren't the same. When he reinstalled the error stopped, but then after ~7 matches it started again. He pl
