My friend having an issue with pipping up. Not relating to rank update error from the looks and desc

  • Every time he pips up with everything pointing towards him pipping up (rank progress indicator, emblems, etc.) he doesn't get the pip. However safety pips, deranking, and depips do work, It's only failing with pipping up. I saw a lot of similar issues but it looked like they weren't the same. When he reinstalled the error stopped, but then after ~7 matches it started again.
  • He played Leon and Claudette when this error occurred. After the restart it seemed to start when he started playing Leon. It also seemed to start originally when he played Leon. After it started though Claudette matches also didn't work.
  • He used Iron will, lithe, Alert, Plunderer's instinct on Leon. On Claudette he used Dead Hard, empathy, Unbreakable, fourth perk unknown
  • Issue happened every match after it started. The first time it happened ~4 matches before he reinstalled
  • had MacMillan estate suffocation pit the second time it started. First time is unknown but he is sure it wasn't suffocation pit.
