These type of lobbies should not be so common. I get it if it's every once in a while. I really do. But these types of lobbies are literally every other game for me. Was this addressed at all in the roadmap today? I couldn't watch, but hopefully there's some changes coming soon. I refuse to believe that the game is lacking survivors around my rank. Thanks to the tome challenges in this rift, I've finally found a killer that I absolutely love to play. Before, I would play around with different killers here and there, get bored, and then stop playing for months at a time. Having finally tried Plague out due to the tome challenges, I'm completely in love with using her. I'm not actually upset since I know this is quite normal for Dead by Daylight, but it does get a bit annoying. For some reason my rank on the scoreboard is always one rank better than my actual rank (I went in rank 16 and left rank 16, so I don't know where they got 15 from). I've been mostly playing killer lately, and I cannot for the life of me track a survivor through corn. I don't have bad eye sight at all, but as soon as a survivor runs into the corn, they're as good as gone for me. I can spot Claudettes crouched behind a tree on a misty map out of the corner of my eye, but I may as well be blind if I get a Coldwind map. I reached rank 15, which means the teams now regularly include green and purple ranks and occasionally red even though I have crossplay on (I play on PS5). This happened to me last year when I was about a month into the game and rank 16, and I ended up quitting until recently because playing against people clearly better than me all day wasn't fun, and survivor queues took forever and a day to fi8 comments 181 views last activity

I'm relatively inexperienced at this game. I bought Legion and Myers recently due to the suggestions of some very nice people on this forum, and I'm doing awkwardly well with him. Multiple 4k games in a row even when the matchmaking constantly pairs me with much higher ranked players. I'm not trying to brag at all. Thing is, I have a lot of hours with Bubba and Clown, a bit with Oni, and I neve18 comments 231 views last activity

I'm relatively inexperienced in this game, but so far I'm finding that I prefer the killers that rely on basic attacks. Might just be because I suck at the game, but for most killers I've tried, I find I do better if I don't use their power, or use it for specific reasons. For example, I've been playing trying Oni because I think his character design is awesome, but I'm completely trash with down32 comments 671 views last activity

I had read somewhere a while back that matchmaking was going to be fixed, and since I just got PS5 I figured it might be a good time to try again at the game. I've played roughly ten games as a rank 19 killer, yet my survivor opponents tend to hover between rank 5 - 14. Occasionally I'll get a rank 16 or so. I don't expect perfect matchmaking in any game, but it doesn't really feel fun to play0 comments 21 views last activity

As a newbie rank 16 killer using Clown, I'm constantly in lobbies filled with red and purple rank survivors. I usually manage a kill or two and sometimes 4k, but that's not the point. I've got maybe five hours as killer at the moment and feel like I really don't even get the chance to experiment and find my playstyle because I'm already facing the higher rank survivors that can loop perfectly w0 comments 31 views last activity

I'm pretty new to this game and just started playing killer within the last week. At rank 18-20 I got survivors around my rank with the occasional rank 12 or so. I had good games and bad ones, but I was having a ton of fun learning either way. Once I reached rank 17, things changed drastically. I'm a fairly new player that just started playing killer, and saved up shards to purchase Ruin before I actually looked up the Nerf. I just saw Ruin, got excited and started grinding for shards expecting it to be the old version I'd heard so much about. Is this new version worth it still or should I save for something else?
