• hook saving cooldown, a perk or a mecanix ?

  this could be added as a basekit mecanic or a perk for killer: this is basicly to delay the saves and to "nerf or fix insta saves" when a survivor gets hooked he cant be saved for a duration i will call "heart on hook" (HOK for short)" (the hook progress wont stop). if any survivor gets hit HOK wil deactivate after 2 sec (if HOK was active upon the hit and it had more then 2 sec left). this
