Can the download region in Steam still influence on wich server you are getting connected? For Example if my Download reagion in Steam is in the US will the Game connect me to a US Server?

• Private or invitation only lobbys please!

Why is it a thing that people can just join your Lobbys while you are in it? We got asked to play with someone and before we could say no they were already in our Lobby, with no way of Kicking them out or Anything! I would love a Setting to put Lobbys on Private or that only Player you invite can join.
