  I play in PC and in my last matches i've noticed that even if I have ironwill 3 I can still hear myself under situations without the killer having stridor. I noticed it first while playing against doctor in Ormond resort (I was injured and no one else was around me and I could hear the grunts of pain and I believe I had madness 1) and with Freddy I noticed it in Macmillan Ironworks while being wo
