  Decisive bloody Strike arguably the most infamous perk in the game why? simple killers think it's too OP survivors think it's fine the problem i see is simple the way the game has been designed sort of leads to the problem 60 seconds of uninterrupted freedom that's reliant on the killer ignoring you and if they don't then you have to pass a easy as hell skill check for a 5 second stun on the kil
