  Dunno about the perks, but is power allow him to steal the appearence of the last player he hit + he lost is terror radius this way. He return to his normal appearence each time he hook a survivor (that way he shouldn't be that too much powerfull). Maybe some add-on that give the player he last hit his terror radius also, a pink one that allow him to have a random appereance as soon as the game b
