• NOED Rework Idea

  Lots of people complain about NOED because it's an unfair perk, but they don't give ideas on how it could be changed. The main issue with NOED is that the killer doesn't need skill to use it, he just get free insta downs once the Exit Gates are powered, which is really unfair especially if you're playing against Baby Killers.
