• Saboteur cooldown activates when hook hasn't been sabotaged

  The perk, Saboteur's cooldown activates even if you don't actually use it. If you are interrupted while attempting to sabotage a hook or you just accidently let go of the mouse button for a second, then the cooldown still activates. So if you miss-click then you are stuck with a 75 second cooldown and the hook still remains untouched. This is really unfair to be completely honest, and would like
