  You are trying to banance a game that is hard to be balanced. Make changes, and what i mean by that is not " oh , lets change this perk or that perk and change the way it works ". There are tons of ideas that could be implemented on this game . Add a prone position . Make it so the players can hide under stuff and if the killers find them they drag them out.
