  Healing nerf is definitely not needed. No need to nerf dead hard either. It already takes skill to hit dead hards correctly. You literally have to have perfect timing. Solo queue will be nearly impossible with these changes and in the process Lucky Break was shadow nerfed. It’s basically useless without a medkit to heal you multiple times.
