• The re-paywalling of Jolt & Fearmonger and locking the perks, even for Tier-Ups

  Hey guys! I'm getting quick to the point. I totally understand that these perks had to get paywalled again, so the "new" characters wouldn't need to get new perks - eventhough I don't support that decision gameplay-wise, I can totally understand it from a developer pov. What I'm mad about, you can't even level these perks up anymore, even if you have them Tier 1 oder Tier 2 on a character. Wh
