• The developer's logic on Kate Denson's outfits?

I'm curious which baboon developer decided to give Kate Denson a dozen recolors of the same Bandanna top, and then had the nerve to release an event with the same bandanna top in another recolor? And on top of that decided to give Meg, Nea, and Claudette DLC outfits for the new Bloodline before releasing Kate Denson's outfit? I imagine this will never be read by a developer, and even it is it
