• Weird glitch, can someone help?

  So when i downloaded the game again after having an outburst with it(something about flashlights idk) i started to play survivor. My only leveled up survivors (lvl 50) are claudette and david, along with a lvl 9 Bill and lvl 2 Nea. When i checked my Neas perks, i had borrowed time. I don't see how this is possible, since bill is not prestige and i have not unlocked this perk in shrine of secrets.
