Weird glitch, can someone help?
So when i downloaded the game again after having an outburst with it(something about flashlights idk) i started to play survivor. My only leveled up survivors (lvl 50) are claudette and david, along with a lvl 9 Bill and lvl 2 Nea. When i checked my Neas perks, i had borrowed time. I don't see how this is possible, since bill is not prestige and i have not unlocked this perk in shrine of secrets. Anybody know anything? I also tried uploading a video but format is not supported unless compressed, and i am not going to do that since i am on xbox and can only take videos with my phone

On console for some time bill's perks were universal, becouse bill was a pc exclusive, so you could have gotten BT then without leveling Un bill
