• Is there some Region lock if i were to buy/play a game purchased from a different country?

For example if i am in south America and I am not in Argentina, could i buy the game from Argentina steam store? Would there be a Region restriction? Then could I play the game without limitation? Would there be a difference if i was gifted the game from the Argentine store and I wasnt playing from Argentina? Thanks
