  Let's say a fan or a group of fans created a new chapter from the ground up, complete with a new killer and survivors with original models and code made specifically for they're engine. Would the dead by daylight team consider taking them and balancing it to they're liking and possibly release it as an official chapter? I've always been curious about this as I've considered making one.
