• Haste not stacking in new ptb

Behavior, please do not get rid of haste stacking. It is my favorite mechanic in the game and I don’t think its ever been that big of an issue. Babysitter is one of my favorite perks and it would only increase the speed of unhook by 3 percent when paired with borrowed time for 20 seconds. The combo is not that strong but its so fun and I cant see haste not stacking anymore. Its been in the game
